It is my great pleasure and honour to welcome you to our United Nations Student Association (UNSA) Maastricht!

UNSA is an academic, non-profit organisation situated in the beautiful city of Maastricht. With its members coming from all parts of the world and studying at all faculties Maastricht University counts, I am proud to say that we are one of the most culturally diverse and international student associations.

The UNSA family brings to you the UN spirit by serving as the platform for international oriented students to exchange ideas and perspectives. We provide free workshops, panel debates, lecture series, career fairs, development projects – where volunteers are sent to third-world countries, and our very own magazine – the Diplomat. In addition, we are proudly hosting our own Model United Nations for students, EuroMUN. As we all know how stressful university life can be at times – and how relieving a decent party – we also organise various social events.

In short: do you enjoy debating and public speaking? Does organising events give you energy? Would you like to help organising continental Europe’s largest Model United Nation for at least 500 students from all over the world? Would you be interested in managing and preparing development volunteering projects around the globe? Do you love journalism? In short: do you want to experience the UN spirit during your student life? If so, you have come to the right place. Please feel welcome to join the UNSA family!

Should you need to contact me directly, please e-mail at president@myunsa.orgFor general questions please contact secretary@myunsa.orgIf you have questions regarding EuroMUN 2017, please reach us at information@euromun.org.
