Welcome,

We are Anna, Julian, Koen and Lea, the Advisory Board for this year. As the Advisory Board it is our job to guide and assist the current board members in case there are any questions and provide them with our UNSA knowledge that we have accumulated over the years. Additionally, we are also in contact with UNSA Alumni and keep them involved in UNSA. Feel free to check out the Alumni section of our website that will come soon, and allows UNSA Alumni to sign up and revive their UNSA time! If you ever have any questions for us or wish to engage more in UNSA as an Alumni, feel free to reach out via advisoryboard@myunsa.org

Advisory Board 2023/2024

President of the Advisory Board

Anna Lehnert | President of the Advisory Board

Hey everyone! My name is Anna and this will be my second year on the advisory board. After having completed my LL.B. and LL.M. in European Law and working for this past year in Brussels, first as a trainee in the Migration Unit of the Council of the European Union and then in policy monitoring, I am now en route to do a second Masters at the College of Europe in Bruges studying European Political and Governance Studies. This will be my sixth year in UNSA (I clearly can't let go), having previously been a passive member, a Member of the Registrations Team for EuroMUN 2020, the USG for Registrations for EuroMUN 2021 and the Secretary & Vice-President in 2021/2022.  Fun fact about me: I´ve learnt every single Eurovision song since 2010 by heart, but don't ever ask me to sing one.

Vice-President of the Advisory Board

Lea Röller | Vice-President of the Advisory Board

Heyo :) My name is Lea and together with Koen, I am a recent addition to the UNSA Advisory Board! I joined UNSA in 2020/21 where I was part of the External Affairs Committee (now External Relations hehe). The year after, I decided to enter the MUN bubble and became Under-Secretary of Socials for @euromun that happened in 2022. Afterwards, I decided to apply to the head position of the committee my UNSA journey started with and became Treasurer, Vice-President,  and Head of External Affairs! Now, I am part of the UNSA Advisory Board and will (hopefully - but no worries, it looks good) finish my Bachelor in Economics this December by completing my exchange in Montréal! Fun Fact about me: I am obsessed with Frozen Yogurt!

Julian Schneider | Member of the Advisory Board

Hello, I am Julian! For me this is also my second year on the advisory board. I am currently wrapping up my M.Sc. in Geography at Free University Berlin. Before that, I was at the Maastricht Science Programme for my B.Sc. and at the Maastricht Graduate School of Governance (UNU-MERIT) for my first M.Sc. Now, I am keen to leave Uni behind for a bit and am looking forward to a bluebook traineeship with the European Commission (DG-CONNECT) in Brussels starting this October. At UNSA I was a member of the PD 2018/19, then USG Registrations 2019/20 and then EuroMUN Secretary General 2020/21. Fun fact about me: I am great at fun, the best. See you around!

Koen Kramer | Member of the Advisory Board

Bonjour! I am Koen, and am, like Lea,  joining the Advisory Board this year for the very first time. Currently I am finishing my thesis for my MS in Financial Economics (at UM) and before have completed the BSc in International Business and the MS in Public Policy and Human Development at UNU-MERIT. I joined UNSA at the end of 2018 and joined as an active member getting into the Permanent Delegation in 2019/2020. After this I had the honour of being a co-head (2020/2021) and head (2021/2022) of that same Delegations committee. I put the final cherry on the UNSA cake by getting to be the President last year, leading the association together with Lea (among others) through 2022/2023. This year I am looking forward to being part of this association once more! Fun fact about me, I was twice chased by elephants, but they are still my favourite animal.
